Is a GP Referral Required? 

No - All that is required is your authorisation/pre approval code from your insurance provider., which names Dr Rajpara as a provider and Grand Aura as a facility.

How Long are your current wait times?

It can vary, sometimes we have same week appointments available, however we will have availability within the month for an initial consultation with Dr Rajpara. 

How do I book an appointment?

Once you have received pre authorisation from your insurance provider, please contact the clinic by calling 01224 245574 or email info@grandaura.com or via our contact form

We will require the following information 

• Full Name, Address, contact details and date of birth. 
• Insurance Company 
• Membership Number 
• Authorisation Code 

 

Is there a minimum age for Insurance Patients?

Yes at the moment only Dr Rajpara is seeing insurance patients which means we can only accept Insurance patients over 16 years old.  However our other consultants are in the process of Registering with insurance providers.
